Restaurant Makeover

This restaurant is been cobbled together over the years and has some highs and lows. The walls feature original murals painted by a famous artist. But the chairs come from an office furniture sell off. Owner Francis never had enough money to offer more than band-aid solutions and the restaurant now desperately needs a facelift.
