Fear of change has demoted Lakes Bar and Grill, once a top restaurant, to a mediocre local joint. Now owner Paul wants to take a chance and overhaul everything to catapult Lakes back to the top. Restaurant Makeover’s chef and design team isn’t afraid of the challenge but they’re not offering any guarantees either.
