- Preheat oven.
- Chop and cook onions and chicken. Half is for the Chicken Pot Pie tonight. Cover and refrigerate the remainder for Meal #3, Hawaiian Pizza.
- Prepare the remaining pot pie ingredients, assemble filling, cover with pie crust and bake.
- Eat and Enjoy!
Meal #2 and Weeknight Dessert Prep
- Bring water to boil for macaroni. When boiling, add macaroni.
- In the meantime, heat evaporated milk in small saucepan for the cheese sauce.
- Prep wet and dry ingredients for Chocolate Cake later in the week. Cover and set aside dry ingredients. Cover and refrigerate wet ingredients.
- Add cheese sauce ingredients to heated milk. In a separate pan, toast the bread crumb topping for mac n cheese.
- Drain macaroni, toss with cheese sauce and sprinkle with crumbly topping.
- Eat and Enjoy!
Meal #3
- Preheat oven.
- Remove pre-cooked chicken and onions from the refrigerator.
- Dice chicken, ham and pineapple into bite size pieces, arrange on store-bought pre-cooked pizza crust. Place in oven and bake.
- Assemble Roasted Red Pepper Salad with Balsamic and Basil.
- Eat and Enjoy!
Weeknight Dessert
- Preheat oven.
- Microwave water for Chocolate Cake batter.
- Mix the prepped dry and wet cake ingredients and whisk in heated water. Pour into greased cake pan and bake.
- Remove from oven, cool and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
