Salt, preferably kosher
Ground black pepper
Jar preminced garlic or prepeeled garlic cloves (3 teaspoons/3 cloves)
Cooking spray

PRODUCE
1 bunch fresh thyme (2 tablespoons chopped)
1 bag shredded cabbage OR 1 head cabbage (1 cup shredded)
1 bunch scallions (1/2 cup chopped)
1 bag pre-shredded carrots OR 3 whole carrots (2 1/2 cups shredded)
1 head bok choy

MEATS, POULTRY & SEAFOOD
2 1/2 pounds pork tenderloins

PANTRY GOODS (herbs, spices, breadcrumbs, seeds, oils, nuts, canned goods, etc)
1 cup prepared sundried tomato pesto
1 bottle balsamic vinegar (1/4 cup)
1 jar honey mustard (2 tablespoons)
2 cups uncooked quick-cooking rice
6 1/4 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 bottle soy sauce (1 tablespoon)
1 bottle sesame oil (2 tablespoons)
1 bottle store-bought ginger dressing (3 tablespoons)
1 bottle peanut oil (4 teaspoons)
1 jar black bean sauce (1/4 cup)
1 bottle reduced-sodium soy sauce (1 tablespoon)
Crushed red pepper flakes (1 teaspoon)
1/2 cup cashews

CHEESE & DAIRY
