Mixed Pudding Parfaits with Banana Chips and Chocolate Curls
Meal #1
- Season ground turkey and shape into 12 patties. Stuff 4 with blue cheese and saute.
- Chop sweet potato and onion.
- Soften sweet potato in microwave.
- Saute onions and add sweet potato and all remaining ingredients.
- Reserve 8 plain cooked turkey patties for future meals.
- Plate cheese stuffed burgers and hash and Eat and Enjoy!
Meal #2
- Chop onion, carrot, celery and 4 turkey patties.
- Bring broth, bay leaves and above ingredients to a boil.
- Add noodles and cook 6 to 8 minutes.
- Place spinach in a serving bowl, top with drained mandarin oranges, almonds and dressing.
- Chop parsley and add to soup.
- Remove bay leaves and serve with spinach salad.
- Place the stew in a bowl.
- Eat and Enjoy!
Meal #3
- Saute turkey burgers with spices over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Mix yogurt with garlic and grated cucumber.
- Slice tomatoes and plate and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix honey and balsamic vinegar and drizzle over tomatoes.
- Fill pitas with turkey and Eat and Enjoy!
Weeknight Dessert
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Toast hazelnuts and remove skins.
- Spoon puddings into glasses and sprinkle with toppings.
- Eat and Enjoy!
