Once Prepped, Twice Baked Shopping List

NOTE: Total amounts needed for certain ingredients are stated in parentheses, just in case you already have these items in your kitchen and do not need to buy them.

STAPLE PANTRY ITEMS (Always make sure you have these staples on hand - these are essential ingredients you should always need.)
Salt, preferably kosher
Ground black pepper
Oils (extra-virgin or virgin olive oil, corn, vegetable)
All-purpose flour
Granulated sugar
Jar preminced garlic
Cooking spray
Unsalted butter

PRODUCE
1 whole head garlic
2 lemons (2 tablespoons juice)
2 large green tomatoes
1 jalapeno
1/2 bunch fresh cilantro (2 tablespoons chopped)
2 limes (2 tablespoons juice)
1/2 bunch scallions (1/4 cup chopped, as optional garnish)
2 ears corn
2 medium zucchini
1 red onion (1/2 cup diced)
1/2 bunch fresh parsley (2 tablespoons chopped)
3 ripe tomatoes (1 cup diced)
1/2 bunch fresh basil (2 tablespoons chopped)
4 baking potatoes (Idaho)
1/2 bunch fresh chives (2 tablespoons chopped, as optional garnish)

FRUITS
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

MEATS, POULTRY & SEAFOOD
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 package turkey bacon (4 slices)
1 pound boneless and skinless chicken strips

PANTRY GOODS (herbs, spices, breadcrumbs, seeds, oils, nuts, canned goods, etc)
1 (15-ounce) can white beans
1 (15-ounce) can water-packed artichoke hearts
1 bottle tahini or sesame paste (1/4 cup)
1 pound rotelle pasta, or any spiral-shaped pasta
1 jar dried oregano (1 teaspoon)
1 can reduced-sodium chicken broth (1 cup)
