STAPLE PANTRY ITEMS (Always make sure you have these staples on hand - these are essentials ingredients you should always need)
Salt, preferably kosher
Ground black pepper
Oils (extra-virgin or virgin olive oil, corn, vegetable)
All-purpose flour
Granulated sugar
Jar preminced garlic
Cooking spray
Unsalted butter


PRODUCE
1 hand fresh ginger (1 teaspoon finely grated)
1 bunch fresh cilantro (1/4 cup chopped)
4 cups snap peas
12 ounces sliced mushrooms (any variety)
1 bunch bok choy
2 heads romaine lettuce (6 cups chopped)
1 small bag shredded carrots (1 cup)
1 green bell pepper
1 red onion (1/2 cup thinly sliced)
1 small bunch fresh dill (1 tablespoon chopped)

FRUITS

MEATS, POULTRY & SEAFOOD
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Chicken fingers (about 12 strips), cut into 1-inch pieces
6 salmon fillets
2 salmon fillets
4 slices turkey bacon

PANTRY GOODS (herbs, spices, breadcrumbs, seeds, oils, nuts, canned goods, etc)
1 bottle reduced-sodium soy sauce (1/2 cup)
1 bottle honey (2 tablespoons)
1 bottle blackstrap molasses (1 tablespoon)
1 bottle liquid smoke seasoning (1 teaspoon)
1 (8-ounces) package cellophane noodles
1 bottle sesame oil (2 teaspoons)
1 jar sesame seeds (1/4 cup)
1 pound fusilli
1 can black olives (1/3 cup sliced)
1 jar dried thyme (1 teaspoon)
1 bottle sherry (1/4 cup)
1 container reduced-sodium chicken broth (1 1/2 cups)
1 jar honey mustard (1/3 cup)
1 jar onion flakes (2 tablespoons)
1 jar dry-roasted cashews (1/2 cup finely chopped)
1 jar Dijon mustard (2 teaspoons)
1 jar capers (2 tablespoons drained)


CHEESE & DAIRY
1 pint container milk (1/2 cup)
1 (8-ounce) chunk Havarti cheese (1 cup grated)
1 carton eggs (2 hard boiled)
1 small package crumbled gorgonzola (1/4 cup)
1 pint container sour cream (1/2 cup)
1 pint buttermilk (1/2 cup)
