Meal #1
Chicken Bat Wings with Bog Dip

  • In a shallow dish combine: reduced-sodium soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, five-spice powder, hot sauce, minced ginger and season with salt and pepper, to taste.

  • Add the chicken wings to the dish and toss to coat.

  • Transfer the wings to a baking sheet and brush with more marinade.

  • Season 4 chicken breast halves with salt and pepper and brush with olive oil.

  • Add to another baking sheet and place both baking sheets into the oven and cook for 30 to 35 minutes.

  • Serve wings with Sinking Heads. Reserve the chicken breast for Vampire Chicken-Beet Salad.

  • Sinking Hands
    • Unroll and separate 1 (11-ounce) package refrigerated breadstick dough into 12 breadsticks.

    • Roll each into 4-inch long "fingers" and place onto another baking sheet.

    • Separate 1 egg and brush fingers with the egg white.

    • Place sliced almonds onto each end of the breadstick to look like fingernails.

    • Sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan over the breadsticks and place into preheated oven. Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.

    • In a medium bowl, add: sour cream, chopped parsley leaves and coarsely ground mustard.

    • Serve all of the breadsticks with the dip and the wings. Enjoy!

    Meal #2
    Screaming Crab Melts on Pumpernickel

    • Whisk together cream cheese and heavy cream.

    • Fold in lump crabmeat, prepared horseradish and chives.

    • Season, to taste, with salt and pepper and transfer to baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes until hot and bubbly.

    • Remove the baked crabmeat mixture from the oven and preheat boiler.

    • Cut 4 to 8 sliced pumpernickel bread into 4-inch rounds.

    • Top each round evenly with the baked crab mixture and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.

    • Place each round onto a baking sheet and place into broiler. Broil for 2 minutes, until top is golden brown.

    • Place 2 olive rings on top of each crab melt and fill the center with a piece of pimento, making "eyes".

    • Use another strip of pimento to make a center for a "screaming mouth".

    • Place onto a serving dish and enjoy!

    Meal #3
Vampire Chicken-Beet Salad with Scallions and Goat Cheese and Onion Toasted Ghouls

    • Cut the reserved chicken breasts into 2-inch pieces and toss with sliced beets and chopped scallions in a large bowl.

    • In a small bowl, whisk together cider vinegar, olive oil and Dijon mustard.

    • Pour over the chicken mixture and toss to combine.

    • Season mixture with salt and pepper, to taste, and place into cleaned Bibb lettuce leaves.

    • Top with crumbled blue cheese and serve alongside tortilla chips that have been seasoned with onion powder, salt and pepper. Enjoy!

    Meal #4
    Bloody Mary

    • In a shaker or a tall pint glass, add: ice cubes, vodka, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, tomato juice, hot sauce, adobo sauce from canned chipotles and salt and pepper, to taste.

    • Shake and pour, if in shaker, and garnish with celery stick and skewered pimento stuffed olives. Bottoms Up!
