Tim Herzog
Tim Herzog has been a fitness enthusiast since the age of ten. At the age of 16 he was a state class runner accomplishing an impressive time of 4:15 in the 1600. After a high school and college career in track and field, Tim parlayed his interest in fitness by becoming FitCorp Fitness Centers marketing manager, working with exercise physiologists trained to rehabilitate, lose, build, and tone corporate America around the Boston area. Tim continued teaching and training clients not only to achieve great results but to work within the confines of their schedules and body types. Tim has taught his clients through personal weight training, diet, and aerobic work. His philosophy is: "Everyone has their own path and achieves results only to be compared with themselves and not to others." As a result of reaching his own personal fitness goals, Tim has graced the covers of Mens Health, Mens Fitness, and GNCs Physical Magazine. He has also appeared in countless infomercials for exercise products as a host, exercise expert, and demonstrator. Currently he is the fitness correspondent for San Diegos KUSI morning news and educates the audience on how to achieve "realistic" results through nutrition and exercise. Tim has a Bachelors degree in Economics and Marketing from Boston College and currently resides in Los Angeles working as an actor, host, and model.
