Based on his experience creating low-carb recipes, he developed a food product line called "Cooking Magic" and founded the company Stella Foods. Together, Stella and his wife, Rachel, have come up with dozens of Atkins-friendly, low-carb recipes for everything from pizza to muffins. They help their clients rid their pantries of carbohydrate-laden food and provide them with several low-fat recipes and low- calorie recipes to get them through the week.
