Bobby Flay Fit, Episode 6: Support

Bobby Flay manages to stay fit and healthy even with a busy lifestyle as a chef, and he's eager to share his healthy eating and fitness plan with fans in a seven-part Web series, Bobby Flay Fit.

The focus of Episode 6 of Bobby Flay Fit is support: Getting fit doesn't have to be a lonely road. Friends are a great way to keep your health routine going. Make a day out of it — work out together doing a favorite activity, then prepare and eat a healthy meal together.

In Episode 6, Bobby gets in the gym with his pal and fellow Iron Chef, Michael Symon. Even though Bobby likes cardio and Michael prefers lifting weights, when the two friends exercise together, they learn new routines from one another that they can incorporate into their individual workouts.

After the gym, Bobby and Michael take to the kitchen to whip up a healthy post-workout meal of grilled lamb with quinoa salad.
