  • Getting Ready to Bake a Cake
  • Level Off Cup of Flour With Knife
  • Measure Liquid Ingredients Carefully
  • Use Eggs at Room Temperature and Crack into Bowl
  • Preheat Oven to Baking Temperature
  • Position Rack in Center of Oven for Baking
  • Always Sift Flour to avoid Lumps
  • Trace Cake Pan on Parchment Paper for Lining
  • Generously Grease Inside of Cake Pan
  • Grease and Flour 9X9 Inch Cake Pan
  • Dust Inside of Bundt Pan with Flour Before Baking
  • Take Cake From Oven When Edges Pull Away From Side
  • Remove Cake from Oven When Sides Shrink Away
  • Firm Cake That Springs Back From Touch is Ready
  • Use Toothpick in Center to Test for Doneness
  • Turn Cake Out Onto Rack to Cool
  • Invert Bundt Pan Over Plate to Let Cake Release
