Elegant Yet Easy
These puff pastry boxes are a neat way to constrain an otherwise normal lunch, breakfast or dessert. They look sophisticated enough to serve to guests, but they come with the advantage of being incredibly easy to assemble. Just slit and attach the corners of a sheet of store-bought puff pastry to make four walls, then bake them according to the package instructions. You can put almost anything in there, at least anything that goes well with puff pastry — in other words, most foods.
