Yes, you can make five distinct and delicious pizzas by mixing and matching these ingredients, and this month, chefs Katie Lee Biegel and Megan Mitchell are here to show you how.
Seeking a quick and easy homemade pizza crust? Look no further than this genius version from Katie Lee Biegel that calls for just two ingredients: Greek yogurt and self-rising flour. Not only can you skip waiting for the dough to rise, but it only needs a slick of pizza sauce and a blanket of mozzarella cheese to shine.
This interactive dish is sure to be a hit with the whole family. All you need to do is arrange pizza crusts and toppings on a board (Katie likes pairing store-bought ingredients with her homemade prosciutto crisps!), then let everyone assemble their own “pizzas.”
Variety is the spice of life, and pizza is no exception. Follow along as Megan shows you how to divide a pie into four sections and decorate each quadrant with four mouthwatering topping combinations: pesto chicken, shaved zucchini and Parmesan, mushrooms and goat cheese, and classic pepperoni.
Instead of serving a salad on the side, let it take center stage on top of your pizza. Inspired by a BLT, Megan tosses mixed greens with crisp bacon, juicy cherry tomatoes and a bright red wine vinaigrette, then piles the whole thing on top of a cheese pizza.
No gluten, no problem! Shredded zucchini makes a brilliant base for pizza crust, especially when flavored with mozzarella, Parmesan and garlic. It’s topped with goat cheese, prosciutto, and basil two ways (pesto and fresh leaves) for the most elegant summer-ready pie.
