this place was phenomenal! The service was great and the food was deliciously homemade! We ordered the special which was a scramble, and my daughter ordered the waffle. The scramble was very tasty, and my six year old almost finished the waffle! we also ordered the mixed berry honey lemonade which was sooooo good! and the fresh squeezed orange juice! It was my daughter's birthday and they made us all feel so special. The only problem with Matt's is this.... we don't have one in Peoria Il! Next time we are in Phoenix, we are definitely going back! Thanks for helping us start our vacation on the right note!

I had breakfast sandwich. If the only critique about a restaurant is could have used more salt. This is great. I would rather add my own salt anyway. Homemade whole wheat bread was beyond compare

Had the Chop & Chick and it was fantastic! The chop was just mouth watering juicy and so flavorful, and the rosemary home fries were out of this world.
