Bacon lovers rejoice. At Animal, the Bacon Chocolate Crunch Bar means you can have your dessert and bacon, too. On The Best Thing I Ever Ate, Duff had a "celebacon" for the bar's rich chocolate and bacon crumble. Animal's menu has plenty more bacon with pig tails, pig ear and even crispy pig's head.

The food, in one word, Amazing. On my one and only trip I managed to gobble up the fried brussels sprouts with egg, buffalo pig tail, pork belly sliders, poutin with ox tail, and the tres leches cake. I didn't complete this culinary feat by myself, but trust me, it was all good enough, I would have tried had I not been in good company. The resturant is small and simple. It was full, but comfortable. The wait staff were all very friendly and knowlegeable. I highly recommend Animal, but call ahead. Reservations are a must!
