I'm a NZer living in Singapore in San Francisco on business and watch Diners, Drive-ins and Dives all the time. Pier 23 was fantastic! We went for breakfast and all had the omelette of the day which was mexican style beef with a spicy sauce on top. The food was fantastic as well as the service. Would highly recommend.
