Stopped in at Steuben's on the recommendation of a friend. The first time my family and I were there in early August, I tried the Shrimp and Grits. Got to say that I had a craving for a month, until we returned. These are not just your plain grits, these come with good size seared and charred shrimp, smokey bacon, chorizo and cheddar cheese. Every forkful was a delight to the palette. When in Denver - stop in at Steuben's and order up the Shrimp and Grits - Compliments to the chef! The "Cubano" is also a great sandwich to consider.
