Tocabe is neither a diner nor drive-in nor dive. Yet Guy still visited it on Triple D because of the off-the-hook hominy salsa. Tocabe brings a modern interpretation to American Indian food for lucky Denver locals -- the fry bread, bison ribs and overflowing Indian tacos are all must-tries.

We stopped in the afternoon after the show and had the shredded bison indian taco and the grilled chicken indian taco. The taste was wonderful and the prices were very reasonable. Lots of flavor and texture. We ordered two more plain frybread just to have as dessert with the house honey drizzled on the top. My wife grew up eating these flat tacos, called "Dough Gods" by her family, and were exactly as she remembered. Will be back very soon with foodie friends. Thanks, Guy and Tocabe!

How can you go wrong with fried dough topped with delicious ingredients?? You can't! Gotta try this place if you're in Denver. Great food, great service, great restaurant.

we saw the shop in Peoria so when visiting Denver for wedding we just had to go to tacabo's. The food was out of the world. just wish we lived nearer, would be there every few days.We were first ones in the door at 11:am and could not believe how soon the place was completely filled. Service was great, tacos on fry bread were wonderful. Only disappoined they were out of tee shirts.
