McGuire's Irish Pub
- about
- ratings & reviews(0)
Leave it to an Irish pub to turn an Asian appetizer into Robert Irvine's favorite egg dish. The Reuben Eggroll contains all the usual ingredients (corned beef, Swiss) but gets rolled in a housemade wonton wrapper. And, if you like that, you'll have to try McGuire's actual Reuben that's mile-high.

Moved to the area in January, 2012. We kept driving by McGuire's but we love seafood. Finally, we went and fell in love with the total package! They have a huge menu and are known for their steaks. Our first time I just had to order the Jumbo Lobster. It was the best I have ever had! Every time we go, I get the lobster. The menu is extensive. Lots of burgers (even a 'Trash' burger! They even have an 18 cents cup of beans! McGuire's also has their own brewery! There is a sampler so you can try all the flavors. I don't care for beer but noticed 'root beer' on the sampler. The table across from us had a Root Beer Float. Well, they talked us into that and it is incredible! If you are anywhere near the restaurant, go eat there! They also have one in Destin. Fun place, good service and fabulous food with a great atmosphere. Dang, think I will load up and head over there right now!!!!

My lady friend and I were visiting family in the Pensacola area. They recommended McGuire's. After enjoying a Blue Wahoo's ballgame, off we went. We all four ordered from the Irish basic part of the menu. Fish n chips, Shepherds Pie, Corned Beef and cabbage and I ordered the Brewers Feast. WOW, 4 different sausages with 3 different mustards, sauerkraut and boiled potatoes. Special bonus a tankard of McGuires in house brewed Ale. Wonderful, we all had to sample each others dishes, all were great. Desert was Bread Pudding. I don't generally like Bread Pudding, This was so great we came back at the end of trip to have another round. Highly recommend this location, Don't get caught up in counting all the money???????
