At this mobile restaurant the shrimp is always fresh and the customers are always happy. Guy loved the crunchy coconut shrimp, while locals couldn't get enough of the spicy and lemon pepper shrimp. In addition to shrimp, the truck sells delicious Korean BBQ short ribs.

    We took a drive through the quaint North Shore town to find the Big Wave Shrimp Truck. We had the crunchy shrimp which was well prepared, the dipping sauce was very tasty with a slight bite to it and freshly made slaw. Then we tried the Korean short ribs which had a great seasoning on them. When on Oahu this is well worth the scenic drive to Haleiwa. Jay & Patti Fuller - Maryland.
