This place is fantastic. On our way east as well as returning to central Oregon, we have made a point of eating Chef Lou's prime rib on a Friday evening while staying in Boise for the evening. Both times were during the summer so we were able to eat out on the patio. Wonderful prime rib meal for a great price and watching the number of locals pull up to both sides of the drive-in section is a testament to how popular this place is. Glad you covered this one Guy!!
