Hopleaf was an amazing place from top to bottom. Andersonville is a great town to just walk around in general but throw in a great restaurant like Hopleaf and it gets even better. The atmosphere inside is cozy and eclectic. Even though the place was packed the waitstaff were attentive and helpful. Our food was AMAZING! All four of us loved our meals. They were just as tasty as Guy said they were on triple D! You should go FOR SURE!!!

Went there today lunch. We ordered the sausage appetizer right off and then decided what to eat. We went with the brisket sandwich we saw on the show. Our appetizer came out after we were already eating our sandwiches, so we sent it back :( . Being a big fan of BBQ I as well as my son, father and daughter were very disappointed in the brisket sandwiches we decided on. The bread (rye was dry, I don't know what a Montreal rub is unless it means flavorless. The meat had a smokey taste but that was about all. The sandwich was smothered in a horseradish mustard. We actually had to scrap it off the bread. It was not listed on the menu as an ingredient and certainly doesn't go with BBQ brisket in our book. A nice spicy BBQ sauce would have been much better. Also in the show the sandwich was much bigger we went based on that episode and I must say we were all disappointed and wouldn't recommend going there for the brisket sandwich.
