    We had a great, authentic German dining experience at Edelweiss. We sampled appetizers, jaeger-schnitzel and a sampler platter (which was excellent as well as German beer and wine offerings. Had a shot of chilled Apfel Schnapps as a post dinner appertif - wonderful! You will not be disappointed here. Prices are not cheap, but reasonable.
