Chef Bob Palmgreen spent years in high-end NYC restaurants, entering BBQ competitions on the side, until after receiving dozens of awards he decided to take his hobby full time with RJ's Bob-Be-Que Shack. Guy calls their Jalapeno Sausage "tremendous," and the Lamb Ribs are a bonafide top seller.

    Atmosphere was great. Very small almost quaint in a BBQ Joint kind of way.
    Wait staff, that took orders and served at the table, was awsome and very helpful. They were also very knowledge about the menu and history of the restruant.
    Burnt Ends very good less of a smoked flavor and more BBQ. Not very sweet and a little spicy.
    I like that they do not smoke they BBQ.
    Beans were awsome with lots of meat. Could have been more spicy but I like it HOT
    Great music, very clean. I respect them for keeping the same location even though parking is limited. I will be back.
    They do offer a breakfast on Saturday's and I beleive Sunday's but I did not get a chance to try.

    Had the combo with 3 meats. Tips great, ribs assume, side wonderful. Worth the trip!!
