    On our way to Louisville, KY my husband & I stopped at Smokey Pig. I had searched FoodNetwork for possible places. We had the pork shoulder. Delicious. The vinegar base was perfect for dipping. All the sides were good too. Red mashed potatoes, mac & cheese, vinegar coleslaw, and Derby pie made the meal worth the slight detour from the Interstate.
