This charming drive-in restaurant was built around 1950 and has had some of the best food we have ever eaten at a drive-in. We love the Poor Boy - layered tasty burger - and their chicken is very good. For old times sake whenever we come to town we get our banana split. Nick Clooney and his wife were regulars there we've heard back in their younger days. This place is an extra nice change of pace.

This place is great. Don't let the old ragged outside look of the place detour you from here. This is a nostalgic, memorable place with all kinds of local 50's charm. The burgers are GREAT!! We was visiting from out of town and came here because we seen Guy's show. I don't regret it one bit. The staff is friendly and wonderful. We will definitely be coming back to try the rest of the menu. Also, if you are looking for a great desert and you love chocolate, then you must have the Parkette's Colossal Car Crash, it is awesome!! But, one thing you may want to call before you go and make sure they are open, we just made it before they were closing. This is a definite must visit place!
