Duff may have been raised in Sandwich, Mass., but the best food from his hometown has to be the stuffed quahogs at Marshland Restaurant. Duff calls the quahogs "clammy, spicy goodness," as they get mixed with linguica sausage. For another stellar clam dish, don't miss out on the clam chowder.
