A trip to Italy inspired Chef Dave Mancini to open his own pizzeria. The "light and crispy" City Wing Thing pizza topped with smoked turkey, cherry peppers, smoked Gouda, mozzarella and roasted garlic was Guy's favorite. If you’re feeling creative, try inventing your own topping combination.

We were there on Saturday afternoon with a Detroit Tigers game starting and the Eastern Market very buzy so parking was hard to find. This is a small place with about 5 tables inside and one outside. They did not sell beer so I bought one across the street so we sat outside. The wait was about 45 minutes so I shoped the market while my wife waited for the pizza. We ordered a large pepperoni and it was very good. I highly recomend this place.
