Down by the Mississippi you’ll find a sizable "shed" that houses a loyal community of barbecue lovers and live blues music. The house specialty is baby back ribs, which Guy calls "as tender as you can get." They also serve up some righteous chicken "wangs" and brisket in massive quantities.

Stopped at this place while in Biloxi visiting our Son who is in the U.S. AirForce. Great tasting BBQ, We split a sampler plate and it was awesome, brisket was too die for and the Potato salad was out of this world. My Husband and Children enjoyed all of it as well, especially the Mac and cheese and bbq beans.

Easy to find, staff very friendly, food was great!!! We had BBQ pull pork sandwiches and beef brisket... both excellent. Mac Salad was the best I have had at a restaurant, just like what mom made. Sat out side and listened to the live band... it was great!!!

Ate at the Shed in Gautier, best bar-b-q I have ever eaten. For a Texan, that is hard to admit that Mississippi did it better. The sausage is so tender it almost melts in your mouth. My wife and I shared the sampler platter and were fighting each other over who got to finish the meats! Potato salad was among the best I have ever had. Well worth the stop off I-10.
