Saw Guy's show and decided to have breakfast at this diner while on vacation at Long Beach Island, New Jersey-attracted by the Cyclops Pancake with Fried Egg. The five of us each ordered different items on the menu along with a pancake plateto share in order to try his menu. When we went in the door, we were greeted warmly by Mustache Bill himself and taken to a table for the five of us. The waitress was super nice. The food items were delicious and the Cyclops Pancakes stole the show. We had hoped to see "Bill" again before we left to tell him we loved our visit (very casual and having a table right across from the big picture of Guy and his signatures. We will be going there if possible when we take our family vacation again on Long Beach Island. Everyone is going to get the Cyclops for breakfast then. Thanks Guy and Mustache Bill's for a great memory.
