There are plenty of places in Philadelphia that claim to have the best cheese steaks in the world, but according to Aaron McCargo, it's actually found in Southern New Jersey. At the Yellow Submarine in Maple Shade, they'll put just about anything in a cheese steak. McCargo loves adding pepperoni.
