Rahm Fama grew up on the Frito Pie from Five & Dime General Store and he still eats it religiously today. The dish consists of corn chips, which are topped with New Mexico Chili, cheese and onions. Rahm loves the spicy and earthy flavors from the chili and gooey cheese; a perfect childhood memory.
