While still in college, Chef Nina Manchev opened her Bulgarian restaurant at the age of 23. The mixed grill plate with three different types of Bulgarian sausage captured Guy’s heart. Topped with dry cured Bulgarian charcuterie, the Thracian Clay Pot was another one of Guy’s favorites.

My wife and I ate at this quaint little restaurant for lunch. Both food and service were very good. They start off with fresh bread, olive oil and paprika. Delicious! We could have made a meal just on the bread. Our waitress took the time to expain the menu which is quite diverse. We tried the cheese fries with feta cheese. I love feta cheese and the fries were well seasoned, thin and a little crispy. I had the beef stroganoff and spouse had the potatoe dumplings. Both were very good. We will definitely be back to sample more of the menu.
