Barbecue master Chuck Frommer has the best barbecue in Vegas and the locals know it. Guy fell in love with the hot links, which are cured for 16 hours and smoked for six, and savored the flavorful ribs. Customers order the pulled pork and the mac 'n' cheese for a side.

HUGE portions of fall off the bone, tasty ribs! Reasonable prices, with fun, friendly service. And they donate all leftover food to a food bank or homeless shelter. *Highly* recommended! But definitely off the beaten path!

I was in Las Vegas for 10 days visiting my youngest son and in that time went to Road Kill Grill 5 times. Once for dinner - bought 4/3 meat combos - which fed 7 of us for dinner and lunch for 2 days. Had to take oldest son there for lunch when he flew in and he loved it too! Then ordered a 1/2 pan of their Mac & Cheese (too die for for Friday night dinner. Lunch on Monday (pulled pork sandwich & steaks for dinner from butcher side. Back on Tuesday on way home (LA to get 15#s of hot links! Can't wait to go back! (and, I don't even like Mac & Cheese, but really want their recipe!

We had a rental car so decided to make the treck out to this place. True to the reviews it is a ways out and well worth the drive. We had brisket, pulled pork, sausage link, mac & cheese and baked beans. The brisket was very tender. The pulled pork was of the wet variety. I don't want to get in to the "best barbeque" argument but being from western North Carolina we are accustomed to dry barbeque. I will say this was the best wet barbeque I have had. As good as the meats were the sides are even better. Baked beans were hands down the best I have ever had. Mac & cheese was fabulous. I could have made a meal on just the sides. We shared one plate and still took some back to the hotel. Of all the DDD restaurants we tried this one was the best for taste, serving size and most of all, value.
