Anne Burrell doesn't visit Las Vegas often, but when she does, she races to Rao's for their Chicken Scarpariello. On The Best Thing I Ever Ate, Burrell says the pickled cherry peppers is the key to its great flavor — that and the grilled Italian sausage and succulent braised chicken.

Excellent food and service. The linguine with clam sauce was absolutely delicious! One of the best restaurants I have been to in a long time.

I was impressed by the attention to detail and amazing service at Rao's. Our server gave great suggestions and we loved every bite. There were many different hand-made pasta options. This combined with a relaxed atmosphere made for a great dinner.
