Originally Luger's sizzling bacon was only served to the staff for lunch, until a couple of diners saw them eating it, ordered it, loved it and then insisted that it be put on the menu. Michael Psilakis enjoys his half-inch slices of pork belly with steak sauce, beefsteak tomatoes and sweet onions.
