I gave it 5 stars only because the food all looked great & I'm now talking to my wife about going to New York to actually go to this restaurant. As "amsbuddy" said in their review I can't believe that food network didn't post the recipes from this restaurant . All I can say is to the chefs and staff keep up the great work & we hope to see you soon !!! Quite a drive from NC to NYC so its going to have to be a little more than a weekend trip but I know the wait & drive will be worth it.

I can't believe they did not post the recipe for arroz con pollo from this restaurant! I didn't have time to write it down while watching the show, and then I thought, "oh no problem I'll just get if off the web site" - NOPE!

My daughter and I are on a mission to try most of the restaurants within a few blocks of her new home in Corona,Queens on the weekends when I visit. So when I saw the episode with Rincon Criollo we had to go. We tried the Ropa Vieja and one word can describe...AMAZING!!...we definitely will be going back to try other items on the menu.
