    All the pancake praise heaped upon Clinton St. Baking Co. is well-deserved -- even if you're guaranteed a bit of wait during prime brunch hours. However, the famous flapjacks are served morning, noon and night, so stop by the LES restaurant off hours to avoid the crowds.
