Aarón Sánchez says the underrated Brussels sprouts take an "evil, decadent" turn at Lolita, where Iron Chef Michael Symon and Executive Chef James Mowcomber fry them in pork fat and then coat every leaf in citrusy shallot vinaigrette. It's a great lead-up to Lolita's pork chop.

    By far the best Michale Simon resturant that is expensive but all worth it for that one bite. It was denfinetly worth what it cost the taste was exelant and the service great. One thing inpreticular was the hanger steak very tastey and if they have it get it is is AMAZING. Get his book to he signed mine and his grandpa goes to my church so its alwayis nice to se him around. Go to the B- Spot too.
