Diners beware. Eating Ms. Tootsie's fried chicken, with a perfectly crisp exterior, may turn you into a chicken monster, says Robert Irvine on The Best Thing I Ever Ate. Along with cornbread muffins with strawberry butter, make sure to have a sip of Ms. Tootsie's Famous Tropical Blend Sweet Tea.

Eating at Ms. Tootsies on July 8, 2012 was the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant. To say it was a disappointment is an understatement. I was expecting some really good fried chicken, but what I received was a feathered mess. The chicken breast with the wing had fried feathers on the entire wing portion. When I bought it to the attention of the server, the manager on duty, and subsequently the owner you would have thought that I personally insulted each of them. Go figure. They are the most unprofessional bunch of folks that I've ever dealt with at any establishment.
You must have to be a Food Network star to get good service and delicious food at Ms. Tootsies.
