We just ate at Bro's for the first time last Saturday. I lived in Louisiana for five years so I know how real Cajun food tastes. The meal we had at Bro's was excellent. I had the Gumbo and a shrimp Po Boy. For dessert, we split the best Bread Pudding in Bourbon Sauce I've ever eaten. I highly recommend it to anyone especially if you think all Bread Pudding is dry and tasteless. I most definitely will be going back again for the Crawfish Boil and more Bread Pudding!

Oh well. Had a review, but only 1000 characters to post it. Not enough room. Short version: Bro's - not so much. Ok at best. Plenty of better Cajun to be had in this town.

OMG - we were in Nashville for the week and were able to get to Bro's Cajun Cuisine the Friday before we had to leave. We started out with sharing an order of Red Beans & Rice as an appetizer which could have been a meal in itself - DELICIOUS! Then we both had the Stuffed Pork Chop served over jumbalya with a piece of cornbread and two healthy sides each! We finished off our meal with southern homemade Peach Cobbler! The service was excellent, the atmosphere was downhome southern hospitality. We were treated as neighbors even though we were there from Wisconsin. We highly recommend BRO'S CAJUN CUISINE if you're ever visiting Nashville!
