At Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint, to go "whole hog" literally means roasting a 200-pound hog in its entirety. On Triple D, Guy helped slather sauce on the signature pork — and he's glad he did. The luscious pork is served in Martin's Redneck Tacos with Dixie sauce. As Guy says, it's "porkapalooza."

I was not impressed with the ribs that I ordered. Half of a slab was not cut into individual ribs, very greasy and very little smokey taste. My wife had the pulled pork again not very much smokey taste and so so BBQ sauce. Sonny's is a lot better.

I am rating this place zero stars though thats not an option. My husband and his mom and I ordered the same thing here. A Brisket Plate. Here is what was wrong: My plate was very beautifully plated and my husbands and his mom's plate was not plated nicely.
my food was cold all the way through. The Brisket was so intensely/highly seasoned that after only two bites I deemed it inedible.they had their music way to loud so loud it made my ears pop.their cole slaw is sickeningly sweet I only had one bite of it.The Female Manager on duty asked why my husband did not eat his beans as she gathered the plates but did not ask me whose plate was full why I did not eat my meal I did not want to even speak with her after the poor customer service skills she showed she should not be a manager.
Ok, I am not upset at Guy or his producers but I thought he and they and every one else should know. I think guy should go back to Martins with the show for a surprise visit to reevaluate the place
