At this burger joint Chef Kenny Mills is cooking up real deal burgers with a twist. The Chop House Burger has a mixed patty of brisket and beef, which Guy claims is "outstanding." Football player Earl Campbell loves the gumbo made with his sausage, crab and crawfish and served over rice.

I can tell you one thing . . .
any place that uses shredded lettuce on a burger is a LOSER.
It does not matter how good their pattie or seasoning is...
Leaf lettuce is the only way to go. Shredded lettuce is for Tacos -hmmmmmm??????
I lived most of my life in the Southern California area, and have consumed many hundreds of quality burgers there. ALL of them use leaf lettuce, not that shredded crap.
