For real deal barbecue, you have to come here early because it's open only Thursday to Sunday for lunch. Guy adored the smoky brisket and he couldn’t get enough of the slow-smoked pork sandwich. Locals love the Hot Mess, a sweet potato stuffed with barbacoa, cheese, chipotle cream and butter.

not exactly a review on the location, but I made my own version of the baked sweet potato. Had a large (over 12" sweet potato, had some left over pulled pork, and a honey chipotle bbq sauce, made my own chipotle mayo and added some diced roasted onion and topped with green onions. Wowzer is was incredible!!!

Great food but get there early cause they tend to run out of food quickly.
