We have eaten there twice now, and not impressed. Atmosphere is good and festive, but don't go for the food. Hamburger's come from pre-frozen patties. Dry and overcooked. The bun was so soggy from the pickle juice, it completely fell apart when I picked it up. No waiter in sight or came back. Could not get any silverware to try and salvage the mess. Had to eat it piece by piece with my fingers. We won't be going back. Even the music was terrible for a Saturday night. The singer was reading the words to the song from a note pad! Sorry Guy, there are better places in DFW to put on your show...

Fred's now has another restaurant, tried it on the way to the NASCAR race in April, 2013. Awesome decor, foo and service were great. Will stop again nthe next time I am in the area.

My wife and I have eaten here twice now and both times very happy with meals. Both times we each got spicy/hot burgers and they were huge and lots of fries.

Fred's rocks! Great friendly staff...cool atmosphere...very good food!!! Four of us had four different burgers, each one better than the last. Great fries too! Will definitely make the 40 mile drive from Dallas to go again!

Food blahhhhhhhhhhh. If its breaded its the same as the chicken fried steak. Service sucked, very slow. Entertainment was good watch 4 plates from our party of 7 go flying across the floor. Mandatoery grat. for over 6 people noth worth it. Save yourself time and skip this place. This place must of paid a good price to have food network to stop by or paid someone else to cater the food....
