As Mo Rocca says in The Best Thing I Ever Ate, the word "cilantran" must be used to describe Bombay's "Gateway of India" pizza made with mint-cilantro chutney. Bombay's fusion of Indian and Italian ingredients like fresh crab and spicy tandoori chicken more often produces two words: "More please."

I enjoy this food concept immensely because Indian yummies on this crispy "pizza-like" crust is the best of both worlds. Saag Paneer and Gateway to India are my favorites, the restaurant is just two blocks from my office building in downtown Houston, and I love Indian food. What could be better for a quick luscious lunch? Congratulations Bombay Pizza for being featured on Food Network's, Best thing i ever ate--Finger Food!! It is truly the best thing I ever ate too.
