The pizza at Dough Pizzeria Napoletana is so authentic, owner Doug Horn even has the L'Associazione Vera Pizza Napoletana certificate to prove he serves bona fide Neapolitan pizza. Guy's visit was a lesson in "mega awesome," starting with the handmade mozzarella and the irresistible prosciutto.

Dough is OK. I've lived in Italy half of my life now and decided to try it out one evening with my family who RAVE about the place. It was WAAAAY over priced. The food was good, but was a bit changed up to appeal to the American palate. Which is a bit of a cheat, since Italian cuisine reigns supreme... Just saying that if I'm willing to pay that kind of money, I'd like the real thing all the way... But, it was good

The pizza was delicious! The crust was thin and crispy and absolutely perfect. It was a little high priced, but I plan to go back.
