At this Puerto Rican eatery, Chef Andre Cerbones is cooking up all the classics. Guy's favorite is the mofongo, which is made with mashed plantains, fried pork and a garlic sauce. According to Guy, "there is no way you can't love" the full-flavored ropa vieja with twice-fried plantains either.

I hadn't had a decent Puerto Rican meal since the last time I visited my family back in NYC. My wife who is from Oklahoma and loves Puerto Rican cuisine as much as I do was as impressed by this restaurant as I was. It's a little place but it was almost like being in my mom's kitchen. The arroz con gandules (rice and pigeon peas was so good, almost as good as my mom's and the roast pork (pernil was juicy and flavorful and the mofongo was such a great treat. The service and quality of the food were outstanding. Can't wait to go back.
