I have to agree with Hofner, I'm a big fan of the meatballs, though the Philly is the best in Salt Lake City, in my opinion. In fact I haven't found anything I don't like at Moochie's. The vibe is fun and friendly, and portions are great for a great price.

Without question, the best meatball sandwich I have ever had. The flavors have haunted me for the entire two years it has been since last there. The sourdough rolls they use are actually full loaves of bread with a shiny, crackly shell and a marvelously soft and tasty interior that Moochies' staff cheerfully stuffs full of meatballs of which legends are made, covered in a thick, Italian meat sauce that will make you as reluctant to leave as anxious to return. I'm from Portland, and I wouldn't hesitate to hop on my V-Twin and round-trip it to Moochie's to satisfy the craving, that's how good it is.

I'm in love! Live about 60 miles North, but whenever I'm in SLC, always make sure to hit Moochies for the Philly steak, I'm sure the Meatball is just as good, just can't do without my Philly! Best Ever !!
